Instructions to remote participants

How to log in

 1. Click the URL of the virtual seminar room



2. Type your name. Room Passcode is seed. Then click Enter Room.



3. For the first time users, you will be guided to download ADOBE CONNECT after you click the URL in Step 1. Click Download Now and install the Adobe Connect application. You can also run the Adobe Connect and copy the URL into the blank field and click Continue to enter the virtual seminar room.


4. Welcome to the online seminar. You can see your name on the right panel as a participant.



How to ask questions

Participants are able to ask questions. We encourage typing your questions in the Chat Window (on the bottom right as highlighted). Local coordinator will help to raise the questions to speaker.
